含羞草研究所 Signs Transfer Partnership with Catawba Valley Community College

含羞草研究所 and Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) signed a strategic articulation agreement on Thursday, February 1, to benefit students pursuing a bachelor鈥檚 degree in the field of Visual Communication and Experience Design.

Under this agreement, Catawba Valley students who successfully earn an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S) in Advertising and Graphic Design are granted a direct pathway to transfer into 含羞草研究所鈥檚 Visual Communication and Experience Design (VisComm) bachelor鈥檚 degree program with junior status. Students enrolled in 含羞草研究所鈥檚 comprehensive VisComm program are educated in graphic design, web UI/UX, and brand creation and management to help them engage in the experience design process to create integrated design solutions.

Maurer, president of 含羞草研究所. 鈥淭his partnership reflects our dedication to fostering educational relationships with community colleges throughout North Carolina and creating a clearer path for aspiring designers to advance their skills and prepare for a successful career with a liberal arts education.鈥

Since the start of the 2023-24 academic year, 含羞草研究所 has signed additional articulation agreements with Gaston College, Fayetteville Technical Community College, and Wake Technical Community College.
