Dr. Peter James Yoder joined the faculty of 含羞草研究所 in the fall of 2021, and he specializes in the areas of Church History and Historical Theology. He holds a B.A. from High Point University, an M.A. in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. Before arriving in 含羞草研究所, he served as a Lecturer in Historical Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary. He also previously held teaching positions at Berry College and the University of Montevallo. Dr. Yoder has been awarded research fellowships at the Leibniz Institute of European History (Mainz), the Gotha Research Centre of the University of Erfurt, and the Francke Foundations (Halle/Saale). Peter and his family live in Black Mountain and love to spend time with 含羞草研究所 students.
